our mission

  • TO BUILD STRONG FAMILIES THAT UNDERSTAND THE ROLE THAT THEY FILL IN LEADING OUR CHILDREN TO SALVATION, AND ESTABLISHING GODLY HOME LIVES.

  • TO EMPOWER EACH HOLY GHOST FILLED MEMBER TO YIELD EVERY TALENT AND ABILITY TO GOD FOR HIS GLORY.

  • TO WORK IN UNITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PREACHING THE GOSPEL TO OUR CITY, FINANCING THE SPREAD OF THE GOSPEL AROUND THE WORLD, AND BRINGING HONOR TO OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.

  • TO LIVE OUR LIVES AS ROLE MODELS SO THAT OTHERS MAY SEE AND UNDERSTAND HOW THE APOSTOLIC CHURCH LIVES, OPERATES, AND PROSPERS IN THE WORLD AROUND THEM.

  • TO GROW A CONGREGATION OF SPIRITUALLY MATURE, VISIONARY PEOPLE THAT EMBODIES THE PRINCIPLES AND ACTIONS OF THE CHURCH IN THE BOOK OF ACTS.

SALVATION

Salvation for mankind is provided only through the efficacious, shed blood of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 5:12, 26). Salvation is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8). When one accepts the message of Christ by faith, they will be “obedient to the faith” (Romans 1:5; Acts 6:7). This “obedience of faith” (Romans 16:26) is what the believer does in appropriating the fullness of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection.

  • Christ died – We “die to the old life” through repentance (II Corinthians 5:17).

  • Christ was buried – We are buried with Him in water baptism (Romans 6:4).

  • Christ was resurrected – We are resurrected with Him through the infilling of the Holy Spirit (Romans 6:4; 8:11; I Corinthians 15:45). The Apostle Peter capsulized this at the birthday of the church (Acts 2:38).
