Right now as we are entering 2024, I declare you are about to walk into a season of “new” in your life, as you set apart what is holy- It all begins with honoring God with His First Fruits as instructed in His Word, I will explain.
This is an incredibly prophetic moment… YOU have to enter 2024 strong! As God has laid the framework for us in His Word — Often, it’s not that we are doing something wrong but not doing enough of what is right! THIS ALL BEGINS WITH HONORING GOD’S PRINCIPLE OF FIRST FRUITS! We put Him first in EVERYTHING…
First Fruits in Hebrew is “bikkurim” and literally means “promise to come.” And there is ONE who never breaks His covenant promise – God!
When you KEEP FIRST THINGS FIRST through faith and obedience, you turn God’s promise into provision… Because He wants to see His people who honor Him succeed greatly He has put a principle into place FOR YOU called: “First Fruits.”
He wants to see YOU succeed and prosper! …but He desires it HIS WAY, not ours… It is all about Him, not us.
The Bible references first fruits or first things or devoted things no less than 32 times…
“When you come into the land which I gave you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest” (Leviticus 23:9-10)…
The first represents the total. All firsts belong to God! and there is a reason why… “Honor the LORD with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow…” (Proverbs 3:9–10 NKJV). Blessings flow through your obedience!
Right now, as I write this to you, I declare that your obedience to honoring God will cause your barns to be filled with plenty and your vats to overflow throughout 2024 in the name of Jesus! I declare NEW blessing over your house, as you are leaving what is old and entering what is new— let it be filled with blessing and abundance!
This divine establishment of God’s order is actually the root, the foundation that governs the rest. “For if the firstfruit is holy, the lump is also holy; and if the root is holy, so are the branches” (Romans 11:16 NKJV).
God claims the FIRST of ALL THINGS! It rightfully belongs to Him. When we apply the Principle of First Fruits, we see that all firsts should be given to the Lord: the first of the day, week (Sabbath), month, and the first of our harvest. It is a principle…
Jesus declared, “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness… all these things will be added to you,” (Matthew 6:33). God adds the “things” to you when the foundation is in place to be built upon.
When we honor God with our FIRST FRUITS, He will unlock everything for the remainder of the year- and I stand in agreement with you that:
PRAYING: Give God your first thoughts in the morning.
PLANNING: Where do you want to be 365 days from today?
PLANTING: When you give your first fruits offering, you are planting a seed for the remainder of the year. There is a greater portion that awaits you in honor of your first fruits offering! It all begins with your obedience…
As you remember, or worship the Lord your God, according to Deuteronomy 8:18, through your first fruits offering, He gives you the power to acquire wealth to establish His covenant.

At the very beginning of every year, I put God first and honor Him with the first of my sustenance by sowing a sacrificial First Fruits Offering. It is not about a specific amount as much as it is about what is a sacrifice for my year – what am I willing to lay at the altar for God in worship? I Pray for God to lead me, and when He speaks I don’t second guess Him. I believe and obey. Because of this simple act of faith I have witnessed Gods hand of protection and provision in every area and aspect of my life.
Every year many others join us and sow a First Fruits Offering, but everyone gives their best- It is not that you “Have to”… you can miss your moment and the blessing that comes with it if you choose… but it is that you “Get to!” It is about Honoring God.
This Month we begin our time of consecration to be closer to God and Hear His voice. We do this by praying, fasting and giving. Though the whole month represents the first, our corporate fasting will begin January 7th through the 28th.
We also have special First Fruit envelopes that will be given out in advance as you pray and seek God. Our special one-time offering will take place on the last Sunday January 28th.
I believe what you do with your “first” in the opening days, weeks, and months of 2024 will greatly determine your entire year. I challenge you to put First Things First and honor God! I challenge you to start activating the Word by offering God your First Fruits as a seed for your harvest in 2024. I challenge you to set aside time for him every day. Maybe you feel led to fast for a portion of this first month… And although it is going to unlock unbelievable blessing all around your life, it is first and foremost about honoring God because He is worthy!
As you sacrifice your offering to Him, you set a precedent of what will come. You release a great promise of provision as a result of your obedience. C.S. Lewis wrote; “When first things are put first, second things are not suppressed but increased…”
Remember: everyone is to give their Best First Fruits offering!
God says in Matthew 18:20, “For where two or three gather in MY name, there am I with them.”
ACTIVATE IT… God is with us— This is your year, to GO THROUGH THE OPEN DOOR!
